All ordered wigs will be sent to the shipping address provided during payment and will arrive in 3-5 business days. When you sign up for a class nothing will be shipped to you as all relevant information will be sent to your account email.

For wigs our refund and exchange policy last 14 days. If 14 or more days has passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. When returning a 15% restocking fee will be applied. For wig classes, you will be able to get a refund for your down payment up to 2 says before the class start date, after that no refunds will be given. Our wig classes are $450 and require a $150 down payment to sign up, and the remaining $350 must be payed at the door. Refunds are available 30 days before the class start date. When completed all information will be sent to your email.

When you order a custom wig, it will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days. You can return your wig withing a 14 day period with the original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If your wig is defective you must contact us within a 48 hour period to negotiate the next steps.
